* Easier to deploy to help in a disaster
* More likely to stay in-the-know about best practices in personal disaster preparedness
* More likely to stay in-the-know about best practices in disaster volunteerism
* More likely to be part of trainings on an annual (or more frequent) basis
* Accountable to an organization that receives funds based on their volunteer turnout
