2008-2009 Indiana AmeriCorps*State

OFBCI is no longer accepting applications for the 2008-2009 AmeriCorps*State program year.  The 2009-2010 Indiana AmeriCorps*State Request for Proposals will be released in late summer 2008.  If you are considering seeking AmeriCorps*State funding in the future, we encourage you to review the Request for Proposals packet and supporting materials below.

New to AmeriCorps?

If you are interested in learning more about AmeriCorps and possibly applying for funding, please view the online presentations below.  "AmeriCorps 101" covers the basics and lasts approximately 30 minutes.  "AmeriCorps 201" gets more in-depth with program requirements, member service activities, and planning your AmeriCorps*State budget.  It runs approximately 45 minutes.

We also encourage all potential applicants who have never administered an AmeriCorps grant to take this self-assessment. This tool is designed to help organizations assess their capacity to manage an AmeriCorps grant.
