Williams was convicted of killing three people during a robbery in Lake County, and was sentenced to death. The Lake Superior Court denied him post- conviction relief form the conviction and sentence, and he appeals.

    The plaintiff in this case was the victim of unwanted sexual touching from an employee of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company. The employee was in the

person's home on a service call. The Court in this case will examine the duty of care the utility company owed to its customer. The case comes before the Court from Bartholomew Circuit Court.

9:30 a.m.    STATE OF INDIANA V. ERIC HOLMES

    Holmes was convicted of murdering two people during a robbery at a Shoney's restaurant in Indianapolis, and was sentenced to death. The Marion Superior Court granted Holmes post-conviction relief by vacating the death sentence. The State appeals that ruling. Holmes cross-appeals on other issues relating to the charge and the sentence.
