The plaintiff in this case was the victim of unwanted sexual touching from an employee of the Indiana Bell Telephone Company. The employee was in the
person's home on a service call. The Court in this case will examine the duty of
care the utility company owed to its customer. The case comes before the Court
from Bartholomew Circuit Court.

9:30 a.m. STATE OF INDIANA V. ERIC HOLMES
Holmes was convicted of murdering two people during a robbery at a
Shoney's restaurant in Indianapolis, and was sentenced to death. The Marion
Superior Court granted Holmes post-conviction relief by vacating the death
sentence. The State appeals that ruling. Holmes cross-appeals on other issues
relating to the charge and the sentence.
