ERM - File Templates/Testing
In an effort to give you plenty of time to make the necessary changes, we will provide several file templates that will help you to complete various tasks in ERM.
If you have any questions regarding any of these layouts, please feel free to contact us by visiting www.in.gov/inprs/contacterm.htm and selecting a topic from the drop-down menu. This will create an e-mail that will allow us to gather questions and then answer them in future editions of Employer Update as well as FAQs.

File structure is critical ... test it before go-live
In preparation for ERM, INPRS is requesting that employers test their Wage and Contribution, Member Enrollment and Member Maintenance Files. This testing will specifically focus on the file structure, not the data included in the file.Please send an e-mail to erm@inprs.in.gov stating that you would like to test your file. INPRS will then send a secure link where files can be uploaded. Feedback will be provided within two weeks of receipt. Please contact INPRS with any further questions.
