Lyndsay Quist
Commissioner
Lyndsay Quist was named Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Transportation in March 2025 by Governor Mike Braun.
Lyndsay brings extensive knowledge of the agency to her position of Commissioner, serving the agency since 2013. She first served as our LaPorte District’s Capital Program Manager. In 2018, she became INDOT’s Managing Director of Project Delivery and then in 2022 she was named Deputy Commissioner of Capital Program Management. Prior to joining INDOT, Lyndsay began her career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
