ILEA Free Online Training for Credit

Directions: 

The Indiana Law Enforcement Academy offers the following list of class as self guided study for anyone who would like to take them. Indiana Law Enforcement Officers may receive credit for successfully completing these classes. Please follow the directions below on how to RECEIVE IN-SERVICE CREDIT that will count towards your annual In-Service required hours.
YOU CAN ONLY TAKE EACH CLASS ONE TIME, DO NOT REPEAT EACH YEAR

    1. Register for the class at the ILEA website. You must register for each class, but can use the same logon and password. 
      (You will receive a registration confirmation via email with the link to login)
    2. Complete all the class requirements with a passing score.
    3. Print the certificate of completion.
    4. Report the training by submitting a copy of the certificate to your department Training Coordinator.
    5. The Training Coordinator will report the training through Acadis as part of your annual in-service training using the ILEA course and provider number as shown on the certificate.
      (IT IS THE DEPARTMENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REPORT THE TRAINING, NOT THE PROVIDER)

KNOWN TROUBLE ISSUE:
If you experience a problem with these training programs where they will not progress to the next slide, it is due to an issue on your network. This problem can be resolved by bringing the issue to the attention of your network administrator. PASSWORD ISSUES: 
"Invalid user or password. Please try again." is often that the person trying to login has forgotten to us a capital letter and required or not using the email you registered with as you login name. The "Forgot your password" does not work not registered guest, you must submit a request to have your password reset by emailing your full name, the email address you used to create your login, a contact phone number and include "Password RESET" in the subject line of the email.

OTHER TECHNICAL ISSUES: If you have any other technical difficulties or need help, please email tbertram@ilea.in.gov and be sure to include your full name, the email address you used to create your login, a contact phone number and include "Online" in the subject line of the email.
