Deputy Director Jennifer Fults joined the ILEA staff in November of 2019. Prior to her role at the Academy, she spent four years in the private sector as a sales executive and also served with the Indiana State Excise Police prior to that for thirteen years. While at ISEP, she was a Field Training Officer, Public Information Officer, Training Director and also oversaw the Office of Professional Standards.
DD Fults earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University in Education with a minor in Spanish. She also attended the Police Executive Leadership Academy.
