**Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Joann Flynn at jflynn@ig.in.gov. Cancellations must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012. Cancellations received by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be made and full payment will be expected for cancellations made after November 16, 2012 or “no shows.”
