2013 IEERB Practitioner's Guide to Bargaining & Impasse - with Appendix
IEERB will be collecting data on bargaining unit member salary and paid benefits, which will be aggregated and made available for review and analysis. Due to the short bargaining time frame and other new requirements, IEERB will be unable to continue providing data on the first batch of collective bargaining agreements during the bargaining season. IEERB also collects and posts all collective bargaining agreements. IEERB's posting of these agreements is not an indication of their compliance. Moreover, IEERB will not be providing guidance on individual collective bargaining agreements. IEERB will be providing updated guidance on collective bargaining and impasse. Please note that IEERB is a neutral agency and cannot provide legal advice.
