Pre-Licensing Education Providers
If you are an Education Provider and want pre-licensing approval from IDOI please access the forms below and follow all instructions as provided in Indiana Code 27-1-15.7-5 and Indiana Administrative Code 760 IAC 1-40. These codes describe the requirements for pre-licensing education: the courses of study to be completed by each applicant prior to taking the Indiana licensing examination, the requirements for registration of an insurance agent pre-licensing program of study, and the requirements for certification of an individual who seeks to be qualified as an instructor or director of a registered insurance agent program of study.
