The IDOA Procurement Division, in partnership with the Minority & Women's Business Enterprises Division, requires that each vendor supply a signed letter(s) on minority- and/or woman-owned business letterhead stating and acknowledging the minority- and/or woman-owned business's level of participation in the solicitation. That letter must accompany the vendor's Minority and Women's Business Enterprise participation plan.
The State reserves the right to deny participation points if the letter(s) is not attached. The State reserves the right to deny participation points if the letter(s) is attached but is not on company letterhead, is not signed, and/or does not reference and match the level of participation for the solicitation.
