M/WBE Participation Letter Requirements

The IDOA Procurement Division, in partnership with the Division of Supplier Diversity, requires that each vendor supply a signed letter(s) on minority, woman and veteran owned business letterhead stating and acknowledging the minority, woman and veteran owned business's level of participation in the solicitation. That letter must accompany the vendor's DSD participation plan.

The State reserves the right to deny participation points if the letter(s) is not attached. The State reserves the right to deny participation points if the letter(s) is attached but is not on company letterhead, is not signed, and/or does not reference and match the level of participation for the solicitation.
