Local Assistance with Recycling Questions

Contact your community authorities with questions about curbside or drop-off recycling, yard waste, household hazardous waste, and other environmental services. For example, in Indianapolis, contact the Marion County Department of Public Works.

Also, Solid Waste Management Districts proactively work with citizens to reduce the amount of waste going to final disposal (landfills and incinerators) through education, source reduction, reuse, and recycling.
