Progress Evaluation

Are you making a difference? How do you know? Regular evaluation of your actions affirms that you are doing something right; or tells you that your efforts are not having the effect you thought they were. While many of us shy away from evaluations of our work, we need this feedback to gauge our success and inform future actions.
