E-mail Addresses: As a general rule, e-mail addresses are composed of the first letter of the name, followed by the first seven letters of the last name, followed by "@idem.in.gov". For example:

Name: Jane Doe
E-mail: jdoe@idem.IN.gov

If the last name has two surnames, only the first surname will be used. Example:

Name: Jane Doe-Smith
E-mail: jdoe@idem.IN.gov
