Forms
There are several different types of appeals available to a taxpayer.
- Form 131—This is the form used to appeal an assessment determination by the Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA).
- Form 132-This is the form used to appeal an exemption determination by the Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABOA).
- Form 133— This is the form for purely factual errors in an assessment.
- Form 139—This is the form used to appeal a decision of the DLGF.
