The Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning has launched its new website for Indiana Medicaid members.
The site, www.in.gov/medicaid, represents an improvement to the page for Medicaid operational communications to members, providers, and business partners. It also includes a complete redesign of the member site for more user-friendly content and layout.
The site also better integrates with FSSA’s brand and direction for communicating with stakeholders, including using Active Calendar for announcements. Members can apply for coverage, find a Medicaid Provider, or can ask questions about coverage. Providers and business partners can read news and announcements on Indiana Health Coverage Programs or look for sources.
The new platform is hosted by IN.gov which allows members not only to use the site but to provide better accessibility for users who speak other languages or have disabilities.
