The DNR Division of Nature Preserves is offering guided hikes at nature preserves across the state on April 20, Earth Day, and May 11, which is Mother’s Day weekend.

NATURE PRESERVES EVENTS
- Tom Swinford will be leading a hike at Wolf Cave Nature Preserve as part of McCormick’s Creek Wildflower Weekend. Hike begins at 10am on Saturday, April 13, 2013. Visit McCormick’s Creek State Park’s website for more details.
- Tom Swinford will be giving a presentation on the Natural History of Marion County, Wednesday April 17, 2013 at 10am at the nature center of Holliday Park, Indianapolis. Hosted by the Trailing Arbutus Garden Club.
- Tom Swinford will be leading another hike at Ogle Hollow Nature Preserve as part of the Brown County Wildflower Foray, Saturday, April 27, 2013. Click here for more details.
