Approximately $650,000 of this funding is available to local entities for projects meeting the program criteria for the 2010 grant cycle. Federal appropriations for the 2010 grant cycle are not yet set, as such all projects that receive state approval will be considered conditionally approved. If Federal Appropriations for 2010 are less than 2009, projects will receive a prorated award amount reflecting the difference in funding shortfall. The DNR Lake Michigan Coastal Program administers the Indiana Coastal Grants Program.
Coastal Grant Basics: The Indiana Coastal Grants Program is comprised of two components: (1) Large Scale Grant Program; and (2) Small Scale Grant Program.
