VISION: New and experienced DCS resource parents are prepared to meet the academic, emotional, social and psychological needs of the children placed in their home.

MISSION: The RAPT division within Staff Development will deliver exceptional trainings of excellence. Trainers will have the resources they need to provide information to resource parents. Coordinators will provide support to both staff and resource families with proficiency. Curricula will be comprehensive and representative of DCS policy and the DCS practice model.

This Certification is valid for a two (2) year time period.
