Indiana's Performance Funding Formula (PFF) was started in 2003 and has evolved over time to provide incentives to public higher education institutions who improve in specific metrics.  The information below provides a detailed history of the PFF along with supplemental information regarding the 2013-15 PFF recommendation by the Commission and other PFF information.  Finally, the excel sheet link allows users to download the current PFF model to better understand how the PFF metrics, weighting, and funding impacts institutions.
