New Law Affecting Foreclosures:


As of July 1, 2009, homeowners facing foreclosure have the right to participate in a settlement conference with their lender. The purpose of the conference is to permit them to reach an agreement that could prevent foreclosure.

  • Call your County Clerk to sign up for a settlement conference today!
  • Gather what you need to bring to a settlement conference
  • Find a pro bono attorney to represent you at a settlement conference
