NOTICE: House Bill 1153 has passed and been signed
which gives the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission the authority to license manufacturers
and distributors of pull tabs, punch boards and tip boards and the licensing
of retailers to sell pull tabs, punch boards, and tip boards and hold daily
drawings (i.e. type II gambling). This bill is effective July 1, 2008. The Alcohol
and Tobacco Commission is currently working on the implementation of this process
