Smoking Ban - The Alcohol and Tobacco Commission has prepared three Frequently Asked Questions documents to assist the general public and business owners in better understanding Indiana's recently passed smoking ban law, HEA 1149. The law takes effect July 1, 2012. Notice from the Attorney General's Office – Dhanraj’s brands 10/20’s, 10/20’s RYO, Castle, Connect, Dhyan, Dynasty, Lady Bloom, Marks, Ms. CEO, Rook, and Rook RYO, International Masis Tabak, LLC’s brand Cobra, Lorillard’s brand Max, Monte Paza’s brands Jed’s and Ocean, Pacific Stanford Mfg. Corp.’s brands Manilla and North, Rouseco, Inc.’s brand Golden Harvest RYO, and Top Tobacco, LP’s brand CN 101 RYO, will be removed from Indiana's Directory effective June 21, 2012. On June 21, 2012 and there after, no retailer/dealer or distributor will be allowed to sell/possess said products. Until June 21, 2012, these products are allowed be sold below State Minimum Pricing per I.C. 24-3-2-6(b).
