The Minimum Cigarette Pricing reflects the maximum buy downs currently offered by the manufacturers.  This does not mean that every retailer in the State receives those buy downs.

RYO Machine Notification - Recently, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld a rule issued by the federal government that RYO Retailers are Tobacco Manufacturers and overturned an injunction preventing the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) from treating Retailers with RYO Machines as Tobacco Manufacturers. Any premise found to be in possession of a RYO Machine will be treated as a Manufacturer and enforcement action under the appropriate Indiana Code(s) will be taken against them by the Indiana State Excise Police.        

Notice from the Attorney General's Office – The brand Magic made by NASCO Products, LLC, the brand American Bison Cigarettes made by Wind River Tobacco Company, LLC and the brands Bo Browning RYO, Classic Canadian RYO, Our Advertiser RYO and Van Nelle RYO made by TOP Tobacco L.P. have been removed from Indiana's Directory as of July 13, 2015. As of July 13, 2015 and thereafter, no retailer/dealer or distributor will be allowed to sell/possess said products.
