The Indiana Arts Commission is seeking a Communications & Community Engagement Manager to conceptualize, write, edit, and develop publications, web-based, social media-based, and other promotional materials regarding agency program and services. Incumbent will engage with Indiana communities in order to lead and implement IAC produced capacity building workshops, and assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with the coordination of all public relations events and advocacy activities. The successful candidate will have six years work experience in program coordination; development; implementation; or accredited college training in a related field. Skills in desktop publishing, graphic design software packages (Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator) required. Specialized knowledge of the principals of marketing, public relations, and media relations preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Professional Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook required. Ability to plan, organize, and implement work plans and work independently and on a team in order to meet multiple deadlines is also required. The Indiana Arts Commission is seeking a Grants & Information Technology Manager to be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the agency's information systems (and related expenses), including the online grants management system - CGO (Cultural Grants Online), program technology support and services, electronic communications, contracts, and technology training. The incumbent manages day-to-day operations of the agency's grant database for grants critical to the agency's mission. The successful candidate will have six (6) years Information Technology Development work experience and / or Function / Business Process Analysis work experience or accredited college training in a related field. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Excellent project management, planning and organizing, negotiation, problem solving, group facilitation, communication, coaching / training skills preferred.
