Qualification Requirements
All of the following qualifying requirements must be met:
- Bail Bond Agent name is found in the Indiana Department of Insurance list of Bail Bond Agents
- Bail Bond Agent City, State on file with the Indiana Department of Insurance matches the address on file with IN.gov
- One of the IN.gov addresses is in the State of Indiana (Billing or Mailing)
