Current law school students may be eligible to become a certified legal intern. Admission and Discipline Rule 2.1(2.a) sets forth the requirements.
Graduate Legal Internships
Law school graduates may be eligible to become a certified Graduate Legal Intern. As with student legal interns, Admission and Discipline Rule 2.1 governs the Graduate Legal Intern program.
A law school graduate may only serve as a legal intern for a specific period of time. Details are included in the BLE portal.
