The following .zip exe files are available for download by anyone attempting to follow INDOT CAD standards for MicroStation. 

Cells have been broken into common, Metric, and English versions. 
INDOT-dgnlib contains the text styles, dimension styles, and level library used at INDOT for all design work. 
Seed files are available for English in FT-IN, FT-TN, and Metric.
Resource files are available for both fonts and custom line styles in both English and Metric.
Scales.def is a file for use with the annotation scale tool in MicroStation 2004.
Sheet Components are files in both English and Metric that contain models of all sheets used at INDOT in full, half size and 8 � X 11.
