* After you have logged in, you will be taken to this screen.

* To sell a new license, enter customer SS # or Indiana driver license # and click New License.

* If the customer does not have either a SS # or an Indiana driver license, please have them sign the SSN Affidavit form, stating that he/she does NOT have a US Social Security Number.

* The signed SS# Affidavit form must be returned to DNR withing 30 days.

* To void a license, enter the license number found on the license and click Void License. This is discussed further in Section 3.
