On June 30, 2009, Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita joined Sullivan County Prosecutor Robert Hunley II to announce felony securities fraud charges in a massive case of affinity fraud investigated by Hunley’s office and Secretary Rokita’s Prosecution Assistance Unit.
