The purpose of the HOME program is to provide habitable and affordable housing for low and moderate income persons. IHCDA is tasked with using its portion of HOME funds to improve the quality of existing housing stock in Indiana. The 2014 IHCDA HOME Application Package and Forms are now available. Beginning May 23, 2014IHCDA will accept applications for the HOME program. Please find a timeline with important dates below. For questions please contact your regional Real Estate Production Analyst.

  • May 23 - HOME final application and policy posted on IHCDA website; Application round begins
  • June 4 2-3pm EST- HOME application webinar REGISTER NOW
  • July 11 -  HOME applications due
  • August 28 - HOME awards announced
