Each year, IHCDA hosts a charity golf outing in conjunction with its annual conference. A recipient organization is selected that is aligned with IHCDA's core values and activities, and volunteers and golfers spend the day at the links for a good cause. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the golf outing.
In 2016, the recipient organization was The Villages, a United Way non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening all families and embracing the dignity and diversity of every child, youth and family served. This is accomplished through a broad, high quality, statewide array of child abuse prevention, child development, adoption, foster care and community and family based services. The event raised approximately $53,000 for The Villages, and we thank all who were involved!
