IHCDA Community Development Block Grant - Owner Occupied Repair

The purpose of the CDBG program is to provide habitable and affordable housing as well as economic opportunities for low and moderate income persons. IHCDA is tasked with using its portion of CDBG funds to improve the quality of existing housing stock in Indiana. Beginning May 3, 2013 IHCDA will accept applications for CDBG Owner-Occupied Repair projects. Please find a timeline below indicating important dates.
