The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Quarterly Reports
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), launched by Congress in 2008 (NSP1), is still underway, providing funds to help Hoosiers purchase, redevelop, and rehabilitate foreclosed upon homes and residential properties. IHCDA's Quarterly Reports to HUD on the use of NSP 1 funds are now available, and can be viewed using the links below:

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Round 3, launched by Congress in 2010 (NSP3) is already underway, providing funds to Cities and not-for-profit organizations to purchase, redevelop, and rehabilitate foreclosed upon homes and residential properties, and to demolish blighted properties. NSP3 helps to mitigate or reverse the negative impacts of foreclosures and abandoned buildings on communities across Indiana. IHCDA's Quarterly Reports to HUD on the use of NSP 3 funds are now available, and can be viewed using the links below:
