CDBG Supplemental Disaster Recovery Funding

CDBG Supplemental Disaster Recovery funding provides grants and/or loans for owner-occupied rehabilitation and multi-family housing in eligible counties. Projects that have received assistance from FEMA are not eligible for this program. In addition to Local Units of Government, not-for-profit and for-profit entities are eligible to receive CDBG-D funding.

IHCDA invests these dollars through the Strategic Investment Process primarily, but has also used these funds to support developments successfully completing the Permanent Supportive Housing Institute (IPSHI) as well as recent Indiana initiatives such as Stellar Communities and the Flood Hazard Mitigation efforts between IHCDA, Department of Homeland Security, and FEMA.

IHCDA has partnered with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs to administer these funds.
