The Home Energy Conservation (HEC) Program provides energy conservation measures to reduce the utility bills of low-income Hoosiers across the state. The HEC Program offers clients a permanent solution to reducing their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient. The United States Department of Energy (DOE) allocates funds to IHCDA for distribution to our network of local sub-grantees to perform weatherization work.

OSHA 10-Hour Training Course is required for all Wx workers who work in the units including auditors, shell and mechanical workers.
OSHA 30-Hour Training Course is required for all crew chiefs or supervisors who serves in a supervisor capacity onsite and can monifot and instruction work-site safety.
