Lenders are the monetary force behind IHCDA ’s mission to create housing opportunities. IHCDA services all 92 counties through our network of preferred lenders who are working to provide loan and tax credit solutions for many Hoosiers to help make the dream of homeownership a reality!

Becoming a Participating Lender

Thank you for your interest in Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority programs and becoming a part of the housing solution!

Requirements

Must be a mortgage banker or broker licensed to make loans in Indiana
Must have a warehouse line of credit
Must be able to close the loans in mortgage banker/broker name
Must be able to retain the servicing on the loans until purchase by IHCDA’s Master Servicer
Must have a person and/or staff representing mortgage banker/broker office attend an IHCDA training or have setup an in-office training before reserving a loan through the program

For Brokers whom are not able to meet the required program guidelines above, IHCDA allows the ability to sign up with a current participating lenders wholesale department to reserve loans through the program.
