Legislative Notice for Rule Readoption

Under
IC 4-22-2.6-3, the Department of Local Government Finance notifies the Legislative Council of its intent to readopt rules in anticipation of the rules expiring the fifth year after the rules takes effect.
SUBJECT MATTER: The market segmentation rule is a standard approach to real property valuation that allows for greater attention to accurate valuation by taking into account conditions in particular submarkets.
Rules to be readopted without changes are as follows:
