With this feature, you can search for high-speed Internet service providers throughout Indiana by Zip Code. Please read the following before proceeding.
The information on this site is updated on a continuous basis and includes active service providers known to the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC). If you are aware of a service provider that should be listed on this site but is not, please contact us.
While this site lists broadband providers, it does not provide links to providers of dial-up Internet service.
This feature is provided for informational purposes only. The representation that a specific provider is offering a specific service within a Zip Code does not guarantee complete coverage by that provider for that service within the entire geographic area represented by that Zip Code. Services may be subject to certain equipment and compatibility/limitations including memory, storage, network availability, coverage, accessibility and data conversion limitations. Wireless service in any geographic region is subject to limitations, particularly near coverage boundaries and remote areas. Equipment, topography and environmental considerations also affect service, which may vary significantly within buildings.
The OUCC does not endorse or sponsor particular providers and cannot guarantee that information on providers' Web sites is correct, complete or up to date. Consumers are encouraged to contact providers directly to confirm the accuracy of posted prices and the geographic availability of services. Consumers should read and fully understand the terms and conditions of any service contract before signing.
For information on a broadband provider's service quality or customer complaint history, contact the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your local Better Business Bureau (BBB) - along with any other sources you would normally use to check customer satisfaction or complaint records. A company's inclusion on this list should not be considered an endorsement that the company is a reputable or legitimate service provider.
Consumers are also encouraged to contact the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) with any Internet service provider concerns. The IURC cannot resolve individual ISP complaints but is gathering and tracking data regarding telecommunications services. This information will be included in future reports to Indiana legislators and other appropriate entities. The IURC's tracking efforts may help identify trends and problems for legislators to consider when reviewing Indiana's telecommunications laws in the future. The OUCC encourages consumers to contact the IURC with telecommunications concerns to help ensure the most accurate tracking and reporting possible.
