Background:

The EPA’s new Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) took effect on October 16, 2024. Among the new rules was a requirement to submit an initial inventory of all the water systems service materials to IDEM.  In compliance, the Town of Culver has submitted this initial survey.  Details concerning this survey can be viewed within the following links:

Over the course of 10 years (starting in 2027), the Town of Culver will be working with the community to remove all noncompliant service lines from its water services.
