The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a board appointed by the Commissioners.
The BZA is responsible for hearing and deciding appeals on primary variances; and interpretation of any of the provisions of the Zoning Resolution.

Mary Fulghum appointed by the Beverly Shores Town Council President to serve a term commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2026.
Linda Kurtos appointed by the Beverly Shores Town Council President to serve a term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2028.
Greg Lyman appointed by the Beverly Shores Town Council to serve a term commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2027.
Erik Olson appointed by the Plan Commission to serve a term commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2027.
Larry Stanton was appointed by the Beverly Shores Town Council President to serve a term commencing January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2027.
Meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of each month @ 6:30 pm as needed, unless otherwise posted.
The July BZA Meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on July 21, 2025 Monday
