Ron Mangus - Executive Director of the Indiana Bond Bank

Ron Mangus became Executive Director for the Indiana Bond Bank in 2015. In his role, he is responsible for managing the Bond Bank, which was created in 1984 to assist local government with short-term and long-term financing needs.  In 2015, the Bond Bank issued approximately $164 million in short-term and long-term debt on behalf of local government entities through its Advanced Funding Program, the Hoosier Equipment Lease Purchase (HELP), and Special Program Bonds, which provided savings to local taxpayers. He has served in various capacities with the Bond Bank for the past 19 years.  Ron began his career in public service with the Indiana Department of Revenue as an analyst.  Ron earned a M.P.A. from Indiana University, Indianapolis and a B.A. in Political Science from Purdue University. Ron and his wife, Heidi, have 3 children and reside in Noblesville.
