Completing your Open Enrollment
You can access your Open Enrollment event 24 hours, seven days per week from Wednesday, October 25 through Wednesday, November 15 at noon (ET). Keep in mind, you can access your Open Enrollment event from any computer that allows you access to the internet.
Helpful hints:
- For password resets and unlocks please use the Self Service Password Management tool using the following link www.in.gov/password.
- For network connectivity or issues accessing the website, contact IOT Customer Service at 317-234-HELP (4357) or Toll-Free at 1-800-382-1095, and follow the menu options.
- When making your elections in PeopleSoft, do not use the BACK/ FORWARD arrow buttons at the top of your web browser.
- Keep in mind you must turn off your “pop-up blocker” to print your Benefit Election Summary.
- For any benefit related questions call the Benefits Hotline at 317-232-1167 or Toll-Free at 877-248-0007.
IMPORTANT: Once you are satisfied with your Open Enrollment elections, it is essential that you submit your elections and print a Benefit Election Summary for your records. Please be aware that once you have selected the Submit Enrollment button, any additional changes you make within the Benefits Enrollment page will automatically be recorded and processed even if you do not select the Submit Enrollment button again. This means that the last selection(s) you make in the Benefits Enrollment page, will be your final coverage. To verify your enrollment, select the Submit Enrollment button after each change then review the updated Benefit Statement on the next tile.
Remember, you can access PeopleSoft at any time during the year to review your benefits or update contact information.
To view your current benefit elections, log in to PeopleSoft and follow these steps: select “Employee Self Service,” select the “Benefits Details” tile, then select the “Benefits Summary” tile. To view your benefits as of a certain date, enter the date within the “My Benefits on” section and select the “Refresh” button.
