This certification is subject to the following limitation:
The Election Server and Software Server will not be included in any OpenElect 2.0 voting system to be used in Indiana to ensure that there will be no telecommunications functionality.
Engineering Change Orders:
On September 12 , 2018, the Indiana Election Commission approved Engineering Change Order 16979 for this system, subject to the stipulation that Unisyn escrow the executable image and source code with the Indiana Election Division or its approved agent no later than September 22, 2018 and provide evidence to VSTOP of the deposit.
The Engineering Change Order designated as 17012 was approved by the Indiana Election Commission on February 21, 2020 for both OpenElect 1.3.4 and OpenElect 2.0.A.1 voting systems.
