School Referendum

For the calendar year immediately following the holding of the referendum, shall the school corporation impose a property tax rate that does not exceed thirty-seven and forty-two hundredths cents ($0.3742) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation for a term of seven (7) years and that is in addition to the school corporation's normal tax rate?
