| Description of rule | The Indiana State Board of Education proposes LSA Document #18-421 which adds 511 IAC 6.2-12 concerning dropout recovery educational services and certain at-risk students not included in the calculation of school performance. The Board’s proposed rules will primarily impact IC 20-19-2-10, IC 20-31-8, and IC 20-26-13. To ensure compliance with state law, as well as provide guidance for school corporations intending to enter into agreements with an eligible school to provide dropout recovery educational services for at-risk students in that school corporation, proposed rules should be adopted. |
