Okta is not limited to having State of Indiana network connections to change, reset or unlock passwords. You can do this from any device with access to the internet. For those who are remote,
use VPN and use a State of Indiana Windows device to cache the passwords locally you will need to establish VPN with your new password. You then lock your computer while on VPN and enter the
new password to unlock. That will cache your new password locally. Please make sure you change your password on all devices as it could cause your account to lock.
