Indiana Michigan Power Rate Case (2021-2022)

I&M Rate Case

UPDATE (11-19-2021): A settlement agreement is now pending in Indiana Michigan Power's (I&M's) rate case (IURC Cause No. 45576).

  • The OUCC's Nov. 17, 2021 news release offers additional information.
  • The settling parties - including the OUCC - filed testimony on Nov. 19, 2021.
  • A settlement hearing is scheduled for Dec. 17, 2021.
  • A final Commission order is expected in 2022.
