NIPSCO Coal Combustion Residuals

In a December 13, 2017 order, the IURC approved a settlement agreement on Northern Indiana Public Service Company's (NIPSCO's) plan to comply with the US Environmental Protection Agency's Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) rule. The agreement's parties are the OUCC, industrial customers, the Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana, and NIPSCO.

Settling parties - including the OUCC - filed testimony in June 2017.
