Riverside Water Investigation

A settlement agreement allowing Riverside Water Company's assets to be transferred to the Town of Sellersburg received IURC approval in October 2013.

The agreement was approved in Cause No. 44377 and followed the IURC's investigation of the financial, operational and managerial capacity of Riverside Water Company in Cause No. 44232.
